Inner lining of utility lines and sewers with polyurethane resins of Supermin 3P type


Various engineering structures must fulfill special requirements regarding resistance against various chemicals. Synthetic resins of Supermin 3P type, used as inner liners, are resistant against acids, bases, salts and hydrocarbons. Test results and practical applications proved that polyurethane resin Supermin 3P based inner lining systems show great adherence to concrete and except others also metal surfaces.
Below we present a few examples of possible application:

• concrete collection pits, cisterns and storage tanks,
• concrete tubings, fittings, posts, beams,
• lining of sewer systems.

Technology in steps:

• cleaning of the sewer with pressure water,
• repairing of the original concrete,
• installation of liner 1, pushing of the liner onto the sewer wall and gluing in the flow profile,
• installation of liner 2, pushing of the liner onto the sewer wall and gluing in the whole profile.
